Getting back on a solid routine has been a little tough. For awhile, I was starting to get into the habit of waking up at 5:30/6am, doing a 30 minute workout and working on @herstylemedia and @thefemalemillennial all before 7am.
This week I’m challenging myself to get back on track and stay consistent for the remainder of 2019.
It’s all about your mindset.
If you’re constantly telling yourself that you can’t do it or that you’re just too tired — well, then it won’t happen.
Train your mind to say the opposite.
Instead of saying how you feel, say what you want. “I can’t” turns into “I will”
It’s such a simple thing to do, and yet it takes so much strength and willingness to get it done.
