thelauragaskin Why did I begin to create social media content? ⚡️ A little over a year ago I started posting pics taken with my iPhone as a creative outlet and hobby. In this ‘world of Instagram’ I noticed that a lot of bloggers were posting lots of pics of their outfits, but I felt that I didn’t really fit in with them.  I’m not a size 2 or 5 (not that that’s wrong) and I’ve never been.  My body type isn’t really in that category and I was kinda looking for someone who’s body type I could identify with.  I didn’t find too many, so I thought- “why don’t I just post my outfits and my style?”. That’s pretty much how I got into this whole thing. I began posting my outfits and writing my thoughts on things without worrying about others not liking them or disagreeing with me.. showing a bit of my life.  Little by little I had more and more of you following me.  Truthfully, I didn’t have any idea what I was doing at first- I didn’t know how many people would judge me or how many critical eyes would be upon me. I’m a size 9 or 10 and I’m 5’7”. What began as a simple hobby is now part of my daily work- I love what I do and I like being able to connect and share my style with people all over the world.  The one piece of advice I can give is to always be yourself and love your body- stop judging yourself and love YOU❤️
